MICRA currently has a growing staff of over 30 microfinance professionals, working out of headquarter office in Jakarta and branch office in Banda Aceh. MICRA staff have a strong commitment to its mission, bringing a blend of private, public and non-profit sector experience. MICRA staff include former commercial bankers from Citibank, Bank Danamon, Bank Niaga and others, as well as auditors, investment analysts and business development specialists and from Price Waterhouse, Ernst & Young, and KPMG. MICRA staff include a leading group of microfinance practitioners and sector leaders from BPR, cooperatives and foundations. Staff members have wide national and international microfinance experience, including background in Syariah banking.
