NETWORKING/SALES & DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER

MICRA’s Networking Unit focuses on set up, maintenance, developing and publicizing MICRA’s corporate image, through networking and marketing activities to promote increased outreach and the improved performance of the microfinance sector, poverty alleviation, community empowerment, social economy of agriculture, and improving SMEs capacity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

​

Sales and Digital Marketing Officer responsible on set up, maintaining, developing, and publicizing MICRA’s corporate image, through networking and marketing activities such as online media (website and social media platform), and offline media. Sales and Digital Marketing will take charge of digital media presence and update, upgrade them as needed, in coordination with the IT vendor. The duties and functions that a sales and digital marketing officer to handle are as follows:

​

  1. Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.

  2. Take the lead in developing and publicizing MICRA’s corporate image, in partnership with Donors, to include logo, website, and other promotional materials;

  3. Develop Online Fund-Raising program, execute, and re-evaluate when necessary.

  4. Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs, press releases, YouTube video).

  5. Manage end-to-end digital projects.

  6. Establish MICRA web presence to promote awareness of MICRA mission and build a market for MICRA activities

  7. Maintain a strong online company voice through social media and digital campaigns.

  8. Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to donors and raise funds.

  9. Conducting regular research of direct marketing and online fundraising trends for continued and improved donor engagement.

  10. Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.

  11. Other tasks as agreed with senior management

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

​

  1. Diploma/Bachelor degree in Social Science, Marketing/commerce, Computer Science/Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.

  2. Minimum 2 years of front-line experience in Corporate or NGO fundraising and/or minimum 2 years of marketing strategy formulation and implementation.

  3. Proven SEO, SEM, and PPC experience.

  4. Strategic Social Media Planning and Social Media Marketing – Facebook, Twitter, Blogging, Linked-in, YouTube, etc.

  5. High comfort level with technology associated with Client Relationship Management (CRM), social media, and digital analytics.

  6. Required skill(s): fundraising, presentations skill, marketing campaign, marketing analysis, marketing communications, communication skill, Sales Activities, and Direct Sales, and also marketing management.

  7. Innovative, creative, strategic, and analytical thinker.

  8. Good graphic design skills and creative online advertising

  9. Strong organizational skill as well as attention to detail;

  10. Willing to travel out of town and work under a demanding schedule with tight deadlines;

  11. Proficiency in English verbal and writing is an advantage.
